According to the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), there are no health concerns or restrictions for pregnant women regarding any ingredients in vabon blossom.

vabon products are natural dietary supplements that help the body function optimally. This does not happen overnight. We consist of around 70 trillion cells. Each individual cell is a small marvel, in which billions of chemical and electrical processes are constantly taking place.
To function optimally, the cells need sufficient tools—that is, nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and so-called secondary plant compounds. The quality of our lifestyle naturally influences the quality of the cells and thus their functionality. After about 90 days, a large portion of our cells has renewed at least once.
Therefore, when switching to a healthier lifestyle, you should be consistent for at least three months—even if we do not immediately feel the improvement, because only after this time do the effects on your health and thus your well-being become apparent. You can also have a blood test done and then repeat it after 3 months and after 6 months. This makes the difference even more tangible.

Are the natural dietary supplements from vabon vegan?
Are the natural dietary supplements from vabon vegan?
vabon essentials and vabon fierce are certified vegan. To meet the vegan standard, for example, vitamin D3 is derived from algae.
vabon apex is not vegan because our natural dietary supplement for athletes also contains collagen peptides, which cannot be sourced from plants.
vabon oh!mega is also not vegan, as the Omega-3 optimizer consists of fish oil concentrate. This ensures the high concentration of 362 mg DHA and 148 mg EPA in our product and allows for a delicious fruity taste.
vabon blossom is not vegan due to the specific collagen peptides it contains, which cannot be sourced from plants. However, it should be mentioned that the hyaluronic acid in vabon blossom is vegan – which is especially good, as animal-derived hyaluronic acid more often causes allergic reactions!

Customers and business partners use different login areas in the webshop:

Login is via the icon with the little person at the top right of the webshop (between the country flag, magnifying glass, and shopping cart). - vabon partners:
Login is possible via the “Business” tab in the webshop using the blue button “Partner Login”.
Both user groups need either their email address, username, or (V)ID along with the corresponding password to log in.

You can manage your subscription anytime in your account: Under "Subscription Order" you can pause, change, or cancel it. Here's how:
- Log into your account, then switch to the "Subscription Order" tab at the top of the bar. By clicking the three dots (…) to the right of the status, select inactive and provide the reason.
- Confirm by clicking YES on the button. This way, you can reactivate the subscription at any time later.
- If this is not desired, click the three dots (…) again and select Delete.

It's simple: Our online shop offers a wide range of individual products as well as more affordable combo packs for you to choose from. Add the product of your choice to the shopping cart.
Log in or register
If you don’t have an account yet, you can register during checkout. If you are already a customer or partner, simply log in as usual.
Optional: Activate subscription & become a preferred customer.
As soon as you have at least one product on subscription, you become a vabon preferred customer: Your favorite product will be delivered automatically and regularly to your home. Plus, as a vabon preferred customer, you always benefit from the lower price. Place a one-time order, pay the subscription price, enjoy the products.

Of course, you can change the delivery date.
- Log in to your personal account and select the "Subscription Order" tab. After clicking the three dots (…) to the right of the status, click on "Edit".
- A green pencil will now appear next to the desired options.
- Choose your preferred date using the calendar and save this step by clicking the green SAVE button.
- After a brief review, the requested changes will be visible in your
order.

For future orders, the delivery and billing address can be adjusted at any time online in your personal account under "Profile" in "Delivery address for newly created orders" or "Billing address."
Please note that an update for an existing subscription order does not happen automatically. However, this can be quickly done by switching to the "Subscription Order" tab at the top, clicking the "Edit" button, and then clicking "Save" after making the changes.
If a change of the registered residence under "Account Details" is necessary, please report this in writing to support@vabon.com.

- For transport damage, we need photos of the outer packaging, the original packaging (OVP), and the damaged product.

If a payment has failed, the "Payment Status" will not show as Paid, but as "Balance Due." You can restart this order as follows.
- Select "My Reports" or "Order Overview"
- Go to the row with the relevant order number
- Drag the gray bar below to the right
- Click the "Pay" button.
- Check or, if necessary, correct the specified payment method
- Place the order again
If you still cannot proceed, please take the following steps.
- Ensure sufficient funds for the chosen payment method
- Enable credit cards for the required verification
If there is suspicion that a direct debit payment method resulted in a chargeback, we first ask you to check your email inbox or possibly the spam folder. We always inform you promptly and proactively if there has been a payment delay.

Yes. In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee for customer satisfaction.
This means:

Requirement:
- The product is in its original packaging (OPP).
- At least 80% of the product content remains (a maximum of 20% may have been used).
After inspection, we will refund the purchase price via the originally chosen payment method.
