Receive bonus
As soon as your friend places an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. The bonus will be automatically deducted from your next order – either as a one-time discount or as part of a monthly subscription.
Your advantages
The amount of your bonus depends on the respective product and the chosen package size. You can find a detailed overview in your customer account under “Bonus Programs”.

What is "Bring a friend" and who can participate?
Bring a friend is our referral program for existing vabon customers. Share your personal referral link with friends and secure your bonuses as soon as an order is placed through your link. Alternatively, make sure that your vabon customer number as the referrer is always recorded during the registration process of your new customers.
All existing vabon customers with an active customer account can participate. The referred persons must be new customers at vabon.

The amount of your bonus depends on the specific product and the chosen package size. You can find a detailed overview in your customer account under “Bonus Programs” → “Bring a Friend.”
There, you can also view your current bonuses at any time.
When and how is the bonus redeemed?

As soon as your friend places an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. The bonus will be automatically deducted from your next order. If the bonus is higher than the order value, the remaining amount will be carried over to the next order.
Can I have my bonus paid out in cash or transferred?
Can I have my bonus paid out in cash or transferred?
A cash payout or transfer of the bonus is not possible. The bonus can only be redeemed as part of an order in the vabon webshop.
Please also note: If your customer account is deleted, any open bonuses will automatically expire.

Yes, you can recommend as many friends as you like through your personal referral link and receive a bonus for each successful referral.
