Rye Bread with Cream Cheese, Avocado, and Fried Egg

Ingredients for two servings

90 g egg white bread
100 g bell pepper
30 g avocado
2 fried eggs
1 tsp oil salt, pepper
35 g low-fat cream cheese
1 tsp pine nuts
cress for garnish

Preparation

  1. Slice the bread and toast it without fat.
  2. Fry the egg in the pan and flip as desired.
  3. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, slice, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the bread slices on a plate and top with the ingredients as you like, then enjoy!
