Her YouTube channel is full of various HIIT videos in different lengths – from 10 to 35 minutes, there’s something for everyone. But beware, don’t be fooled by the short duration; these videos pack a punch and will definitely get you sweating!
P.S. Although Pamela runs her channel in English, no English skills are necessary since most videos only show the exercises.
