You grant vabon GmbH the unlimited right in terms of time, place, and content to use your submitted video including voice, as well as excerpts, images, or edits created from it, for the following purposes:
- Publication on social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Use on the website and in the online shop
- Use in newsletters
- Use in advertisements (online and print)
- Use at events, presentations, and internal training
Editing
You agree that your video may be edited, shortened, or subtitled for marketing purposes, provided the content is not distorted.
No Compensation
The use of your video is without entitlement to compensation.
Personal Statements
You confirm that your statements reflect your personal experience.
Revocation
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future in writing. However, content already published does not have to be removed retroactively if this is not technically or organizationally possible.
