Hähnchenbrust mit Caesar Salad

Chicken Breast with Caesar Salad

Working time: 10 minutes
Preparation time: 25 minutes

Ingredients for three servings

125 g chicken breast
1⁄4 head of lettuce
15 g Parmesan, grated
1 tsp capers
1 tsp anchovies
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp honey
1 1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
75 g whole grain bread
1 tsp pine nuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Salt the chicken breast and sear it in a pan with oil on both sides. Place the chicken breast in an ovenproof dish and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the whole grain bread into small pieces and toast briefly to make croutons.
  3. Cut the lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  4. For the dressing, mix the capers, anchovies, mustard, and honey with oil, Parmesan, and vinegar. Only mix the salad and dressing once the chicken breast is done. This keeps the salad leaves crisp longer. Then arrange on a plate and top with the meat and croutons. Enjoy your meal!
