You become a vabon advantage customer as soon as you have at least one vabon product on subscription. Your product will be delivered to your home automatically and regularly.

It's simple: Our online shop offers a wide range of individual products as well as more affordable combo packs for you to choose from. Add the product of your choice to the shopping cart.
If you do not yet have an account, you will need to register during the ordering process.
If you are already a vabon customer or partner, you can log in and order as usual.

Of course. Log in to your personal account and select the "Subscription Order" tab. After clicking the three dots (…) to the right of the status, click on "Edit."
A green pencil will now appear next to the desired options. Select your preferred date using the calendar and save this step by clicking the green SAVE button.
After a brief review, the requested changes will be visible in your order.

How can I cancel a subscription order?
This is possible at any time, either online in your account or by sending a written message to our support at support@vabon.com.
Here’s how it works: Log into your account, then switch to the “Subscription Order” tab at the top of the bar. By clicking on the three dots (…) to the right of the status, select inactive and share the reason. Confirm by clicking YES on the button. This way, you can reactivate the subscription at any time later.
If this is not desired, click again on the three dots (…) and then on Delete.
