60 g rice pudding
150 ml low-fat coconut milk
250 g berries
15 g honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
Preparation
- Slowly bring the coconut milk and honey to a boil with a pinch of salt, then add the rice.
- Cook the rice pudding for 20 minutes, stirring several times, until the rice is soft.
- Finally, sprinkle the chia seeds and berries over the rice pudding – done!
