90 g egg white bread
100 g bell pepper
30 g avocado
2 fried eggs
1 tsp oil salt, pepper
35 g low-fat cream cheese
1 tsp pine nuts

Preparation
- Slice the bread and toast it without fat.
- Fry the egg in the pan and flip as desired.
- Halve the avocado, remove the pit, slice, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the bread slices on a plate and top with the ingredients as you like, then enjoy!
