Warm coconut milk rice pudding with fruit

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Ingredients for 1 serving

60 g rice pudding
150 ml low-fat coconut milk
250 g berries
15 g honey
1 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Slowly bring the coconut milk and honey to a boil with a pinch of salt, then add the rice.
  2. Cook the rice pudding for 20 minutes, stirring several times, until the rice is soft.
  3. Finally, sprinkle the chia seeds and berries over the rice pudding – done!
