Quark with Banana and Vanilla

Ingredients for one serving

70 g low-fat quark
1 banana
20 g puffed amaranth or oats
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1 tsp cinnamon
Seeds of 1/2 vanilla pod

Preparation

  1. Peel the banana and cut into pieces of any size. Put it in a bowl with the quark and add the oats or amaranth – stir gently!
  2. Lemon zest, cinnamon, and vanilla create the decisive flavor explosion.
